Following is a sample presentation converted by PowerPoint to Flash.
Note:
This sample Flash only contains the first 4 slides of original presentation, source from Microsoft web site.
By change the settings from the option dialog, you can make the navigation control visible.

• Converted without any build-in navigation control
  In this case, external navigation method must be provided to view all the slides. This option is recommended only if you would like to reuse the converted presentation inside your own Flash applications.
• Converted with non-visible navigation control
  Click the left side of the slide to move to the previous page.
  Click the right side of the slide to move to the next page.
• Converted with auto-hideable visual navigation control
  The visible navigation control will be hidden automatically. Please point your mouse at the bottom area of the presentation to make the navigation control visible again. Below is a screen shot of the navigation control.
  
  Click the first button if you would like to go to the first slide.
  Click the second button to go to the previous slide.
  Click the third button to go to the next slide.
  Click the fourth button to go to the last slide.
• Converted with visible navigation control
  Similar with the previous option, except that the navigation control will not be hide automatically.
