Go to Youtube web site, right click the video, and select Save Flash Video As... .

Select the destination folder, and modify the file name if needed. When finished, click Save.

Wait for Flash Capture to finish downloading the video.

Double click the downloaded video to playback.

If needed, convert the downloaded video into the compatible format for portable device like iPhone.
